TANG Hui was born in 1965. He is currently deputy general manager of Rong Bao Zhai Company, director of the Rong Bao Zhai Publishing House and editor-in-chief of Rong Bao Zhai Magazine. He is also standing deputy director of the Rong Bao Zhai Painting Academy, deputy secretary-general of the China Painting Society, council member of the Beijing Artist Association, deputy secretary-general of the China Art and Painting Commission, member of the China Artist Association, vice-director of the Youth Fine Arts Commission under the Ministry of Culture and deputy director of the Experts Commission on Fine Arts-Related Reading Material of the China Redactological Society.
